You can keep track of all your store's customers. The customers page in your admin panel is where you can manage your store's customers, track your orders for insights.

To access the customer's page, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> customers menu or vendors >> customers for jMarket

From the customers page you can:

  • Click a customer's name to view customer details (email, location, timezone, address, etc...)
  • See customer's order list
  • See customers item's list from store events like ( produce favorite and wish)
