  • From the admin panel, go to [any Joobi eCommmerce]
  • Navigate to Orders -> Create Invoice button from the top navigation
  • Enter the name and email of the user of they are not registered to your site or select the user from the existing users list.

If the user is not registered in your site, he/she will receieve an email with activation link to activate his login with username and password automatically generated.

Note

If user is not registered, make ure that you "Allow User registration" is set to Yes in Joomla Users Manager or your WordPress site registration is active.

  • Add the product/s that you want to include in the invoice
  • Click "Send Invoice"
  • An email with order details will be sent to your customer.

Affiliate Number: Add the affiliate number of the user if you have jAffiliates and affiliate program active.

Complete Order: Select Complete Order if you want to complete the order
