When an installation is not successfully completed, it is usually because of one of the following reasons:
- Your website does not meet the minimum requirements for jCenter installation.
- Another security extension blocked the installation of jCenter.
- Your server firewall blocked the IP of the Joobi server. (Search in google for "joobi server ip" and you find the right IP.)
- Joomla FTP layer is enabled in your Joomla global configuration >> Server Tab. Try to disable before the installation of jCenter.
- Enabled Gzip Page Compression in the Joomla global configuration >> Server Tab. Try to disable before the installation of jCenter.
jNews commercial version require that the GD library be enabled on your PHP server to display CAPTCHA graphics on your Joomla site.
In a default PHP installation, the GD library should already be enabled.
