You can assign as many moderators as you want base on the moderator "Support Level".

  • From the admin panel, navigate to jTickets >> Tickets >> Categories
  • Click "No Moderators" under Assign Moderators column next to the Category

  • From the moderator assignment page, click "No" under Assign column next to the moderator name you want to assign

  • Assign Support Level by click "1" to increase the value. The Support level is define in the jTickets >> Preferences >> General Section >> Support Levels

1 - The moderator assign to this level will be notified every time a user submit a ticket in this category
2 and more - The moderator assign to this level will not be notified when there is new ticket assign to this category but are able to reply to the ticket if first moderator assign the ticket to them or by browsing to ALL pending tickets.

Note

Unassigned moderarors will not be able to see any of the submitted tickets for that category.
