If you experienced some weird behavior in the Joobi products or a blank page, you can turn on the debug mode to see the error messages.

Note: This should be turn off all the time unless you are debugging or advised by the support person.

From the admin panel, navigate to jApps >> Preferences
From the preferences page, go to Advance Tab
From the Maintenance section, you can enable the following options;

  • Debug Errors
  • Show PHP Error
  • Show Line Number

Copy the errors that you reproduced and contact Joobi support to help you sort out the issue. You need to make sure that you have the latest version of Joobi products before submitting your report.
