Allow your store visitors to see your entire storefront products, categories, emails, and many other parts in many available languages.

Requirements

  • You need to install a language other than English

Step 1 Install Joomla language

Make sure to install the language you want to use in your Joomla language manager

Step 2 Synchronize the languages

  1. From the admin panel, navigate to jApps >> Tools >> languages
  2. Click "Synchronize" button from the top navigation
  3. You should see the list of available languages, and click "Install" under Available column next to the language
  4. The new language becomes an available language, which you can then translate.

Note

You cannot install a language which is not installed in Joomla language manager.
If you encounter language install error in Joobi, please contact Joobi support for assistance.

Step 3 Activate Multi-language content site

  1. From the admin panel, navigate to jApps >> Preferences >> Advance Tab
  2. From the advance tab, locate Languages section
  3. Enable Multilingual Content Site >> Yes
  4. Save your changes

Step 4 Start translating your store content into many other language

In every translatable elements in the store will display a "translate icon" which allows you write your content.

  • You can offer multi-lingual contents in the following areas;
  • Products
  • Categories
  • Fields
  • Store emails /notifications
  • All view elements in the storefront
