For some rare cases, you may want to disable the drag and drop uploader due to Javascript conflicts with third part software or you prefer the standard file uploader.

  • From the admin panel, navigate to jApps >> Preferences
  • From the preferences page, go to Media Tab
  • Select Use Ajax file upload to No
  • Click save once you are done
