To use Correios Brasil your store trading currency must be of Brazil Real (R $).

Requirements:

  1. You need to use a valid Brazilian CEP (numbers only).
  2. Your products must have weight (grams, pounds or kilo) Please refer to article "Shipping" for detailed setup.
  3. Contrato Codigo and Contrato Senha provided by Correios Brasil

Step 1 Configure Your Correios Brasil Shipping

  1. In the Admin panel, [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Shipping
  2. Click New to create a Shipping
  3. Fill in the information that is given from Correios Brasil (Contrato Codigo and Contrato Senha).
  4. Click [ Save ] to save your changes.

Store admin will need to provide your shipping address via the following;

For multi-vendor: [any Joobi eCommerce >> Vendors, edit the store manager account]

For single store: [jStore >> Customers >> Vendor Profile

Shipping address is where the product is located.
