Every paid Joobi user will receive a unique number called "API Key" to administer your Joobi product(s), so you can continue receiving update and premium support.

The API Key is not a "License" which restrict any product feature and functionality. You can use Joobi products even when your subscription expired. The API Key is used for update and support purpose only.

API Checking

Every time you request for an update, Joobi update server will check for your API Key expiration date before giving you the access to new versions.

Also our ticket system will check for API keys when you submit a support ticket to give you the right support priority.

Usage

You can use your API Keys to administer ALL your website using Joobi products during your active subscription to continue receiving updates.

Free Products

Joobi free products such as jStore and jNews, does not require API keys to function.

Warning

The first website that you administer the API Key will be the only site you are entitled for free support.

Support

You can use the API key to as many websites/domain as you want, however Joobi support is able to provide support/help to one website that you administer first.

www.yourdomain.com (1 site)

Sub-domains and sub-folders are counted as websites

www.yourdomain.com/site
www.site.yourdomain.com

So if you have 4 different websites that need our assistance, you need to purchase a subscription for each websites.

The website that we support will appear in your API details in your Joobi.co account. Also when you submit a ticket, you will see your website in the selection before submission.

Note: The supported website is not transferrable once the support is used for that specific website.
