You can categorize your vendors into different vendor types to make it easier to manage and maximize your profit. You can create personalize vendor registration fields for certain group of vendors. You can restrict certain site access or offer various commission rate base on Vendor Types.

For example, you might want to charge 25% commission for all Standard vendors while 5% for Ultimate vendors. Please refer to article "Specific commission rate for different vendor types" to setup above example.

  • From the admin panel, navigate to Vendors > Types
  • Click [New] to add a new type of vendor
  • Click [Save] to save your changes

  • Next go to Vendors > Preferences
  • Select [Registration Type] > [Select Vendor Type First or Type pick-list Registration] under Vendor Registration section
  • Click [Save] to save your changes

  • Now when you go to Vendor Registration page in your ste front-end, you will be ask to select a type of Profile

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.
