You need to follow below steps to successfully setup your Multi-vendor store.

Step 1Create vendor menus

Step 2 Configure vendor preferences

Decide what store functionality you want your vendor to access or not.

Please refer to this article about "Vendor preferences".

Hint: Any feature that refer to vendors, the preferences can be found in the vendor preferences under jMarket >> Vendors.

Step 3 Create commission program or a subscription (this is optional)

You need to decide what model you want to use to make money in your online marketplace.

Refer to Vendor monetization section to browse what you can achieve.

Step 4 Configure vendor checkout process

Decide how you want to receive your money;

  • Direct payment to vendor
  • Direct to store admin

These are all the basic setup needed to have a fully working multi-vendor marketplace. For more articles regarding vendors, please refer to vendors section.

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.

Joobi uses "evaluate before you buy" approach, we do NOT issue refunds after a subscription is purchased.
