Each vendors can have their own store Theme that will allow them to display their store profile in different colors and design.

Store Admin

  1. From the admin panel, navigate to jMarket >> Vendor >> Preferences
  2. From the preferences page, navigate to Item & category tab >> Functionality section
  3. Select Allow vendor's theme >> Yes
  4. Click [Save] when you are done
  5. From the admin panel, navigate to jApps >> Apps and install Skin Bundle

Note

  1. Skin bundle is a bundle of Free Bootstrap themes from bootswatch.com.
  2. For some rare cases, your website template design might be overwritten by the skins due to the fact that they are all bootstrap base and they use the same classes.
  3. There is no functionality right now where vendor can upload his own themes and edit the CSS. Please contact the Support to get latest development updates.

For Vendors

  1. From the vendor area, Home >> Theme
  2. Select a Skin under General Design Tab >> General section
  3. From the Catalog Design Tab, vendor can customize how the vendor catalog show behave and display

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.
