USAePay is a payment gateway service provider allowing merchants to accept credit card and electronic check payments through their Web site and mobile devices. The customer enters their credit card details and USA ePay handles authorization and settlement.

Requirements

  • You need to have an SSL certificate active on your site to protect your customers' sensitive data
  • Source Key

Note

You need MCP based account to get multi currency payments. Non-MCP account can only take USD as currency.

Step 1 Obtain your USA ePay source key

  • Login to your Merchant Console
  • Navigate to Settings >> Source Keys
  • Click "Add Source" to create a source key
  • Copy the source key and proceed to step 2

Step 2 Setup your Payment gateway

  • Create a new payment gateway and select USA ePay as type
  • Paste the copied source code from step 1 into the source key field under Merchant tab
  • Publish your created gateway and then click save once you are done

Sandbox

  • From the admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Payments >> Preferences
  • Enable sandbox >> yes

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.
