This is a user referral point component in Joomla, giving customers the option to pay using Alpha UserPoints.

Step 1 Activate Points Currency

  • From the Admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Payments >> Currencies
  • Locate Points currency and enable it
  • From the Currency page, click "see conversion rates" under rates column next to Points currency
  • Click Update Rates to update to the latest exchange rates available on the site selected.
  • Edited the conversion rates you want to trade in your store

Step 2 Create a Points Payment Gateway

  • From the Admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Payments
  • Create a New payment gateway and select AlphaUser Points
  • Make sure to publish the gateway and then click save once you are done

Step 3 Create AlphaUser Points Rules

  • From the admin panel, components >> Alpha user points >> Rules
  • Create a new rule by clicking "New" button.
  • Click save once you are done
Provide these information;
  • Category: User
  • Rule name: Purchase in the store
  • Description: Purchase in the store from the catalog
  • Plugin type: plugin
  • Unique Function name: order_payment
  • Fixed points: No

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.
