How do I update?

Requirements: You need jApps 2.8 to access the new released version. If you are using a version lower than jApps 2.8, please browse the change-logs and locate the version you are using and follow each individual update guide.

 

Website Backup: Your Responsibility!

We always recommend to do a backup before doing any changes in your production website and ensure you can easily recover your backup.

If you meet the above requirements, just wait for an automated email from your website notifying you about the new update (usually it takes a few hours, up to a week after the initial release) so you get a more stable build.

However if you can't wait to get your hands on the new enhancements, just click "Check" button from jApps App manager page.

You'll need an active subscription to access the release server. If have an expired subscription, please renew your membership.

All changes in the Joomla version are automatically added in to the WordPress version. In this section, we only list the changes that are specific to WordPress package.

  • Fixed: Using permalinks "postname" hides Joobi page and forms
  • Fixed: Joobi admin design conflict due to Bootstrap 3.3.7 update
  • Fixed: Contact login widget doesn't display the fon't awesome icons
  • Fixed: jDefender automatically blocks any site login
  • Fixed: jDefender automatically blocks user when logging in via cart before completing the order
  • Fixed: Direct edit button in the frontend is not clickable
  • Fixed: WordPress page heading duplicates if you insert a Joobi widget in to the page

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.
