MercadoPago é o portal de pagamento por trás do MercadoLibre, o maior e-commerce provido na América Latina.
MercadoPago suporta os seguintes países comerciantes: Argentina, Brasil, Colômbia, México e Venezuela.

Requisitos

  • Conta Empresa no MercadoPago é exigida (apenas disponível para Argentina, Brasil, Colômbia, México, Venezuela)
  • ID do cliente
  • Segredo Cliente

Step 1 Obtenha as chaves API no MercadoPage

  • Faça o login em sua conta Empresa no MercadoPago
  • Quando estiver logado em seu painel no MercadoPago, localize e copie suas chaves API

Step 2 Configure o seu portal de pagamento

  • Pelo painel de administração, navegue para [qualquer Joobi eCommerce] >> Pagamentos
  • Crie um novo portal de pagamento e selecione MercadoPago como tipo
  • Sob Merchant, cole as credenciais que você copiou no primeiro passo.

Sandbox

  • Pelo painel de administração, navegue para [qualquer Joobi eCommerce] >> Pagamentos >> Preferências
  • Ativar sandbox >> sim

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.
