Marktplatz 3.1.17

How to Update?

If you made changes to the template files

If you made changes to the template files, you will need to backup your template files before updating especially the customized files. Any files that has been changed will be overwritten by the update. After update you have to reapply your customizations.

How to Update?

If you made changes to the template files

If you made changes to the template files, you will need to backup your template files before updating especially the customized files. Any files that has been changed will be overwritten by the update. After update you have to reapply your customizations.

Marktplatz 2.6

Release Date: March 21, 2016

      • Dropdown picklist is cut
      • Improve the look and feel of the advance filters
      • Order edit page design issue
      • Categories module collapse style + and - alignment issues
      • Attribute is not aligned properly in the checkout page
      • Price with top decimal displays at the bottom
      • Fix compatibility with jApps 2.6 - Flexible layout
      • Quantity field goes down not align with QTY
      • Carousel arrows has different colors

Marktplatz 2.6 does not support older version of jApps (jApps 2.6 and below). Your store must be using the new Flexible layout.

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.
