There's no better marketing tool than letting your customers speak for you. Customer feedback do wonders to build trust and credibility, and increase online store conversions.

Note: You do not need to install jFeedback to use Joobi eCommerce rating system. You only need jFeedback if you want to use it for your Joomla site.


General

Allow non-registered: Allow non-registered users to post a comment for a product or an article.
Allow reply on feedback: Allow users to reply to posted reviews or comments.
Default comment editor: This will be the editor used on editing your comment on the front-end.
Show average ratings on articles: Click yes, if you want to show the average rating of each articles below the date when the article is created. The average rating in joomla is overwritten.<


Frontend Ordering

By rating

  • ASC - means "ascending" if you want to sort the comments from highest to the lowest rating
  • DESC - means "descending" if you want to sort the comments from lowest to highest rating.

By date

  • ASC - means "ascending" If you want to sort the comment by date from oldest to latest
  • DESC - means "descending" If you want to sort the comments by date from latest to oldest

Moderation

Feedback Approval: Click YES if each feedback posted need to be approved. Only the Admin of the site is allowed to set the preferences.
Notify Moderator: The moderator of the site will be notified once a feedback or reply is posted. The email used is the email given in the input box below else all administrator will be notified.
Moderator Email: The email that will be entered here will receive all the notifications for new posted feedback.
Notify Author: You can notify the author of the feedback if there's any new reply posted.

Use Feedback on Articles: Use Comment system on all the Joomla articles on your site.

  • We are unable to provide 24/7 customer support. Support schedule and availability is listed above.
  • For technical issues, we cannot extend our support for users who cannot provide necessary site credentials in order for us to help resolve your issue.
  • We Do Not provide support via email, Facebook, or Twitter.
  • We are unable to do the UPDATE for you if you are updating from an older version (2 versions or more behind). Keeping your site Applications up-to-date all the time is your sole responsibility, while we work hard to provide a constant and timely update to all Joobi Apps.

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.

Joobi uses "evaluate before you buy" approach, we do NOT issue refunds after a subscription is purchased.
