Joobi theme system is based on Twiiter Bootstrap, which allow you to customize the look and feel of your store and easily integrate it with an existing website design. Twitter Bootstrap is the most popular front-end framework for developing responsive, mobile first projects on the web.

That means that if you have a Bootstrap base template, Joobi software design in the frontend will automatically follow the template design. However if the Template has specific layout for a certain product from another third party software, it might not be compatible with Joobi products but it won't create any CSS or Javascript conflicts, if the template is coded properly.

In some rare cases that template clashes occur, you can turn off the Joobi Bootstrap file. Joobi theme automatically use the Bootstrap file from your website Template if your template is Bootstrap base.

  • From the admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi products] >> Tools >> Themes
  • Locate the front-end theme and click Edit Theme button
  • From the theme edit page, click Edit Theme Design button
  • From the General Design, Set "Remove Bootstrap File" to Yes

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.

Joobi uses "evaluate before you buy" approach, we do NOT issue refunds after a subscription is purchased.
