To avoid upgrade issues it is advised that you do not edit the original files. Rather you should clone the original files and start customizing from the cloned theme.

If you want to make a changes in the default theme styles, simply follow below cloning guide.

  • From the admin area, navigate to [any Joobi products] >> Tools >> Themes
  • Select the frontend theme and click the 'CLONE' button from the navigation area
  • After saving your new cloned theme, the system will automatically set the theme to default.
  • You can now start your customization by editing the theme through your admin area or through FTP.

Note

When there is a new feature and improvements in the core theme, your cloned theme will not get updated. This means the new enhancements are not added automatically in your current store cloned theme but on the original theme. You need to enable the original theme or re-apply your custom code into the new and updated theme.

  • We are unable to do the UPDATE for you if you are updating from an older version (2 versions or more behind). Keeping your site Applications up-to-date all the time is your sole responsibility, while we work hard to provide a constant and timely update to all Joobi Apps.

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.

Joobi uses "evaluate before you buy" approach, we do NOT issue refunds after a subscription is purchased.
