Customers can purchase a credit type subscription in jSubscription which will add points to customer's account in Alpha User Points. In short, the subscription is used  as a way to purchase  Alpha User Points to customer's account which can be used to purchase products in the store.

Users purchase points with money

  • Create a new rule in Alphauser points

Category: Other
Rule Name: Joobi - Purchase Points
Description: Purchase points via subscription
Plugin type: joobi_subscription_credit
Unique function name: subscription_credit

  • Create a Credit type subscription. The credit value from the subscription will be converted into points.

From the admin panel, navigate to jSubscription >> click "New" to create a Subscription
Click Save once you are done.

  • Add a restriction to the subscription you created

Restriction type: Credit Points

Users will buy items in Joobi using points

In order to buy items with Points, you need to follow below article;

Purchase only points with Money. And products with Points only.

  • You will need to go to payment preferences and turn on Payment per type.
  • From the admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Payments >> Preferences

  • After that you can go to Catalog >> Types -> Edit the type your want to set the payment
  • In the Attributes tab >> select different payment method for different type:

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.
