DIBS Payment Services is a European Payment Service Provider that offers payment services in Nordic countries.

Requirements

  1. Merchant ID
  2. HMAC key

Step 1 —Open a DIBS Payment Merchant Account

The first step is to establish a DIBS Payment merchant account. As you go through the process, take note of the following information;

  1. Merchant ID
  2. HMAC key

Step 2 —Configure DIBS Payment in [any Joobi eCommerce] and paste the credentials from Step 1

Step 3 —Enable your accepted trading currency in your store
From the admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Payments >> Currencies

You need to publish and set "Accepted" the currencies that you want to accept in your store. Make sure to enable only the currencies that are accepted by Dibs Payment.

Step 5 —Click [Save] to save the changes.

Delayed Support?

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.
