Manage your downloadable files efficiently by controlling the views and downloads to specific group of users like managers, authors, registered users, and more. Fully integrated with jMarket allows vendors to manage files.

You can also easily update files without having to update individual downloadable file.

Note: All Joobi product images and files goes to the same folder, and can be all retrieved in the Files area.

Add file with an option to create a downloadable file

  • From the admin panel, navigate to Files >> Upload
  • From the upload page, you can select below options;

You can upload files via:

  • Loca files
  • Add file via URL
  • Add files from the server

Storage Location: You can select local server or Amazon S3 (refer to Amazon S3 article for details)
Choose Target Category: Select a directory where you want your files to be saved.
Create Downloadable Item: Define if you want to create automatically a downloadable item that will be listed in the catalog, where your users can download for free.

Update a downloadable item file

  • From the admin panel, navigate to Files
  • From the files listing, locate the file you want to update
  • Click "Edit", specify the name of your file and upload your new file

  • We are unable to provide 24/7 customer support. Support schedule and availability is listed above.

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.
