The auction preferences is responsible for handling the general Auction functionality.

Display

  • Show end time: Allow to show the end time of the auction.
  • Show UTC: Display the auction time in UTC format as well to make sure the user does not get confused based on his time zone.

Notifications

  • Notify this Email when Auction Closed: Provide an email if you want to be notified when the auction is closed.

Fee

  • Enable Auction Fee: Add a fee to each auction to be paid by the highest bidder.
  • Subscription Integration: Allow the store manager to setup a subscription for user to not have to pay a fee if they subscribe. Anyone without a subscription will pay the defined fee.
  • Percentage: Define a percentage for the fee to be applied on the total auction price.
  • Price: Define a fix price for the fee to be applied on the auction.
  • Currency: Choose the currency for the fix price.

Re-Listing

  • Automatic re-listing: Enable automatic re-listing of auction which expire and has no bidder.
  • Re-listing Period: Define the re-listing period in days. How long the new listing need to be auctioned for.
  • Grace Period: Define the grace period before re-listing an item. Before re-listing an item the system will wait for the grace period to expire and then re-list the item.

Important: The grace period is in hours

  • Notify Vendor: Notify the vendor that some auction have been re-listed.

  • We are unable to provide 24/7 customer support. Support schedule and availability is listed above.
  • For technical issues, we cannot extend our support for users who cannot provide necessary site credentials in order for us to help resolve your issue.
  • We Do Not provide support via email, Facebook, or Twitter.
  • We are unable to do the UPDATE for you if you are updating from an older version (2 versions or more behind). Keeping your site Applications up-to-date all the time is your sole responsibility, while we work hard to provide a constant and timely update to all Joobi Apps.

Delayed Support?

In general, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours for most issues within our scope. However there are still rare occasions where the delay in support is inevitable. If you do not hear from us for over 48 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.

Expired Membership?

We do not guarantee any reply for members with an expired membership. We either close your ticket without notification or recommend that you renew your subscription.
