Reward System Setup

 

Reward system is a good way to encourage customers to come back and buy more. We understand that acquiring new customers can be very difficult and expensive. It maybe easier to increase sales by focusing on building strong relationship with your current customers to drive repetitive purchases.

The reward system runs itself without human intervention. Keeps your customers around longer and spending more without extra work.

Enabling reward system

  1. In the admin panel, navigate to jMarket >> Orders >> Cart Preferences
  2. Enable "Use Wallet" to activate the reward system.

Create a Reward Program

  1. Navigate to jMarket >> Vendors >> Programs
  2. Create New program and assign Reward type
  3. Click [Save] to save the changes

Create Reward Rate

  1. When you click "Done" in the Reward Program creation page, you will be redirected to a page to add the rate of the Program.
  2. Fill in all necessary information and make sure to enter the correct value you want to give to the buyer every time he/she completed an order.
  3. Click [Save] to save the changes

After a user bought his first product, when he/she checkout another product he/she will be asked to redeem the wallet. 

The user can save all his/her reward and use it later.
