How do I request for Payment Refund?

You can request for a full payment refund by click "request refund" button in your My Orders page or submitting a ticket within 30 days of purchase only, After 30 days we do not offer any refunds.

Payment is non-refundable in following cases:

  • You send us refund request after 30 days of purchase.
  • Order of Joobi website templates and Newsletter templates.
  • Any product(s) that is custom configured to your specifications by Joobi developers, including personalized product
  • Any product(s) purchased more than 30 days that is not working or project has been cancelled.
  • Any product(s) service and installation charges
