Geolocation is bring the power of Google Maps to your store by adding maps or map with streetview and proximity search. You can add maps into your store homepage, item page and vendor's profile. Even better you can create a store locator which list all your vendors with a link to there individual stores.
*Note: To use this feature, you need to have PHP 5.3 version or higher.
Enabling /Disabling Geolocation
By default this feature is enabled.
- In the admin panel, go to any of the E-Commerce Apps >> Catalog / Vouchers / Subscriptions >> Preferences
- Locate Miscellaneous section under Item Tab and enable 'Use Map Services".
- Click [Save] to save your changes.

Configuring geolocaton preferences
You can show maps or maps with streetview in the Store homepage, Item and Vendor page.
- In the admin panel, go to any of the E-Commerce Apps >> Catalog / Vouchers / Subscriptions >> Preferences
- To enable the Map in the Store Homepage, the preferences can be found in the Home Layout tab and locate Map section.
- To enable the Map in the Vendor page/profile, the preferences can be found in the Vendor Layout tab and locate Map section.
- To enable the Map in the Item page, the preferences can be found in the Item Layout tab and locate Map section.
- Click [Save] to save your changes.

Enable Store Locator
- In the admin panel, navigate to Menus >> Menu Manager
- Create a menu and select Menu Item Type "vendors map".
- Click [Save] to save your changes.
To edit the size of the map, you can change the dimension in the Map section under Vendor layout in the Preferences. We haven't created a dedicated setting for the Store Locator because we are moving to modularized frontend very soon.
