What is the support difference between free and paid user?
Free user
*The free user can access the support page like a paid member can do. However once ticket is submitted, our system will differentiate a free and paid user through your API key from your order and give the priority.
The priority from the ticket submission is only for reference, we have another priority system in the admin side base on the following criteria;
For jNews free and jStore, we are providing a lite support where we answer and provide fixes for reported bugs. However we do not spend more than 30 minutes of our time debugging for issues that cannot be replicated in more than one websites.
