1. What happen if my Joobi membership expires?
You will continue to use the software forever, it will not malfunction. However you will not receive product updates and support from Joobi staff.
2. Does my Joobi product stop working?
Not at all. It will continue to work.
3. Can I get support?
No, but you can use the forum and still submit a ticket or contact us on chat..however we will not prioritize your inquiry. This means we do not guarantee a response within 24 hours to a weeks or not at all if support has a high volume.
4. Can I receive updates?
Unfortunately not. Product updates are checked when you request for an update with your API key. if you have an expired API, you will have to renew to access the update server.
