Hello Joobi Team, I have Joobi applications and jNews that is purchase last March 2011.. Can I obtain an update or do I need to pay again? Hope to hear from you asap.
Melinda, Joobi offers different susbcription plans base on the duration you want to get support and update.
You can use the software forever. Joobi only restricts the support and update according to your plan (3 months, 6 months, 1 year). If you decide to not renew, you will not be able to access the support and product updates, but you will continue to use the software and it will not malfunction. Thank you.
