An important part of store is managing the delivery of your tangible to your customers. You configure all your shipping, including free delivery or customer pickup, from the Shipping area.
Before you start to set up your shipping method, give some thought to the different methods you might use, and the destinations you’ll deliver to. While you can configure a variety of delivery options for your store, you probably won't offer every option for every order.
There are 2 basic strategies for configuring your shipping, and you can use any or all of them:
Manual ShippingSet shipping rates yourself and use a variety of postage services
Set shipping cost yourself per product
Set shipping rate yourself base on the weight of the product
Product with Free shipping does not require any setup
Provide for customer pickup
Carrier ShippingYou can use carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Correios Brazil and Australia Post, and they will calculate your costs for you automatically.
Before you can configure any shipping option, you must add shipping zones for that option to your shipping list.
Navigate to [any Joobi product / eCommerce] >> Shipping >> ZonesClick New to create a Zone and select the countries that belongs to that particular destination
You can create as many Zones as you want, just make sure you do not assign a country to multiple Zones.
By default the system create a Zone for all countries called " Default Zone All Countries". You can delete this sample if you want to create your own zone.
Navigate to [any Joobi product / eCommerce] >> Shipping >> Shipping CarriersClick New to create a Shipping and fill in the carriers that you want to use.
Note: You only need to specify a shipping cost if you are using Shipping per product.
