This article will guide you on how to manage your classified item offers.

  • From the admin panel, navigate to jClassifieds >> Catalog >> Classifieds
  • From the classifieds listing, click "Offers" under Offers column next to the classified item
  • From the offer window, click "Replies" under the Replies column next to an offer

From the offer edit window, you can perform several actions;

  1. Reply to the specific ad offer and discuss with the customer
  2. Delete the offer
  3. Marked ad offer as reviewed
  4. Accept ad offer
  5. Reject ad offer
