I continue having update issues; none of the hosting companies I am using are able to determine what this value refers to. They have increased max execution time, max input time, post size, memory limit max upload size anything logical in preventing from updating.  The value 20 remains.

I am trying to fix the update issue, it is taking a lot of my time. Please the update issue is super crucial. My site keeps breaking every time it does not complete the update. The script also keeps installing things not selected when this happens. Every time is a mess and I have to start all over again.

Please, please please.
