http://wordpress.demo.joobi.co/pricing/ you have a subscription that shows you have set up no auction on free version and on the other two subscriptions you have auction set to yes. We have been trying to set this up on our web site but can not find any documentation on the auction restriction in the help section. Could you point us in the right direction?

Hello karen,

Did you check how it has been done in the backend of the demo site?

Kind Regards,

No I read the articles in the help section. I had no idea this had been set up in the demo site. I will take a look.

Just logged in to the demo site http://wordpress.demo.joobi.co/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jsubscription&controller=subscription using demo demo as user and password and found there are no restrictions set up and no roles set so am i looking in the wrong place?

I have set up my own restrictions on my site but cannot find how to restrict basic from accessing the auction and classifieds and Premium from accessing classified.

So where can I find this information as it is not on the demo site and not in the help articles?

Hello karen,

You mean restrict from creating?
Probably the best is to define a different role for each and then restrict that role. Then define the role in the item type.

Chris

Hello karen,

What dropdown?
Please clarify what you are doing?  Did you look at Item Type and the fact that you can define a role for each.

Kind Regards,
Chris

No we are stabbing in the dark Chris there is absolutely no information on this anywhere. You expect us to figure it out. You know the software we do not. This is the most frustrating build I have ever had in the last 15 years! How am i supposed to figure out that I need to create a type? On which document does it say this?

You drip feed the information that I need so I end up having to send in 2nd and 3rd tickets. I sent you a screenshot of exactly what I want to do. It is on your demo site and I copied it as I thought that was what was available and now I cannot find any information on this anywhere.

You do not say in your documents that I have to select a type. You only half give the information and expect me to figure it out. I am working with software that has so many bugs I cant do my job properly! I have to wait 2 months in total for just categories to work. Loads of pages are not saving so I have to do everything twice! Loads of things not working. I do believe this software was not really ready for sale. There is far too much not working that is out of my control. I should have finished this build in September. I am seriously considering moving to another software as this is ridiculous.

Believe you me if I could do this without sending in support tickets I would as I have to wait anything from 4 hours to 3 weeks for a response. I am sure you realise how much time this wastes. I now cannot hand this site over until January as things will not be fixed Just another month goes by. You have no idea how angry I am right now.

Please do not drip feed me to get me off the ticket list. Please answer the question on exactly what I need to do to set up the three subscriptions as seen on thebearsmart.com/pricing or point me in the direction of the help documents so i can figure this out and finish this task.

I am absolutely fuming!
