Server has to be rebooted daily - Identical problem to earlier ticket
Status: Solved
ID: 2UFNN4-S8C

I have the same problem as described by the ticket copied on the attached file. Unfortunately, the ticket does not give a solution although the implication is one was found. The server keeps failing owing to the high number of Apache errors generated. The error message I get is identical:

Failed opening '/home/parentsi/public_html/joobi/node/currency/class/format.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/parentsi/public_html/joobi/node/library/lib.php on line 339,

I appreciate I am still using Acajoom Pro 4.1.5 (sending 250,000 emails a month) on Joomal 1.5.25 but as this is an identical problem to the referenced ticket I hope you will be able to easily give me a solution. (At the moment we are unable to move off Joomal 1.5. - yes, I know we should move on but that's where we are at present!)

Configuration: Acajoom Pro 4.1.5 JBounceBack, JSetup. Joomla 1.5.25 Stable.  Apache/2.2.22 (Unix). PHP 5.3.10. MySQL 5.1.73

Many thanks for your help.

Michael

Hello Michael,

The error is from jSetup which has been stopped 3 years ago. It has been stopped because it startes to be old and it was encrypted by the time.

Now everything we have are all opensource and new code and librarywe used.

The problem caused by incompability with the php version you used.

If you are not using to jsetup (jbOunceback and jLinks), it is best to not use it since it is impossible to do a fix for it since none of our current products will work in Joomla 1.5. And jSetup no longer exist and in your site copy, it is encrypted so it is impossible to fix anything.

Acajoom is fine, it has no problem and the error is not referring to acajoom.

What I can suggest is disable any Joobi plugins not acajoom one. Then rename the Joobi folder to not use it until you can move to Joomla 2.5 or 3.x

The last time Acajoom and jSetup has been tested running was PHP 5.0 i believe. So the more you upgrade your PHP and more you will have trouble with your extensions.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Regards,

Cheryl

My pleasure to help you Michael.

Please be careful when you update your PHP version. It might create trouble for your site since you are on Joomla 1.5.
