I'm getting this error on two separate Joomla sites on two separate servers.
I'm installing the latest version jCenter3.1.32.zip.
The installation appears to run normally, then I get this error:
Errors occurred. Installation stopped.The package:/home/ksco2/public_html/administrator/components/com_joobiinstaller/packages/install_node_4005.tar.gz is missing in your zip file, make sure your install package is not corrupted or out of date !
I redownloaded the file from the website and reattempted the install with the same results.

Hi Joobi,
I tried installing jCenter on a new vanilla Joomla 3.3.4 installation and it worked fine.
Obviously I have some sort of a conflict with another extension on the sites I'm installing on.
Basically, this isn't really your problem. So, I understand if you want to close the ticket.
If you are curious as to what the conflict might be and would still like to take a look, let me know and I will give you a super admin account.
I'll report back if I figure anything out.

Does the new installation which works was hosted in the same server where you have the issue?
Conlfict with third party extension is rare unless it is a security extension. The problem usually occurs on the server when there is a very tight restrictions/ file permission or ownvership.
What web hosting company are you using for the two sites you used?
