Cant upload images

I tried to upload an image to a product here http://www.thebearsmart.com/?page_id=30&controller=catalog&task=show&eid=40 size is 6.5 but it will not upload. I have tried jpg and png file but none are working

Please note this was a new bug and not the same one. It was a reminder to see other issues previously. I have never told you about the permalinks before.

Bug is not fixed my end it freezes at 15% when i upload using uploader. https://www.screencast.com/t/1lelw3xgNPrP

It loads image from drag and drop but never displays.

Yes nearly 3 weeks our site has been on hold. 8 current support tickets


Unfortunately it doesnt work as the page is now blank. I have mentioned this in a previous support ticket marked permalinks I get this page http://www.thebearsmart.com/store/catalog/taharial-item-40/ and it has just 2 words

It still doesn't work!

The page is blank.

It has been 6 days this is not good we are going around in circles. There is no way anyone checked this was working.



I have mentioned before that I think it is a permalink issue. It has caused the entire site to stop working.



Please this is very frustrating. I am trying to build this for a client and my reputation is on the line.

Six days to upload an image is unheard of.



There has been something wrong with the site from day one. It needs properly investigating. I have 8 support tickets in doesnt that tell you the software is not working?



I have been unable to work for several weeks as I tried sorting this myself but the only way i get it to start working is to change the permalinks back but then other things still don't work.



I have found support extremely slow. I paid for the top level of support but it was not worth it as it has taken 6 weeks and now I have gone to the back of the line again.



So unfortunately Im not have a good day in fact it has been a nightmare couple of weeks.

Surely you can look in to why I am getting errors everywhere in the site.

What browser are you using?

Do you get an error message, what happen on your end?
