Auction bid Status: Solved ID: 3ZZ6E5-18YR hi.. I need your help in auction part. My question is what happens after auction is get completed with bid? How user will get it's auction product? Where should he/she pay for auction? Pls provide me a documentation link if any. Hello Andreas Wideroe, I am not sure what is your purpose but you have submitted the same exact question for this user [email protected] Please do not duplicate tickets, it does not make your ticket prioritize. It only give us more work hence cause delay in the reply. Please consider this as warning. I have already informed you last week for the same incident for another ticket of yours. As you might be aware that we only provide support for 1 website per user (not 1 website several users). If site and support policy is not followed, we will banned one of your user for support entitlements and only keep the original user who has an active order. ------ Reply from other ticket ---- Once auction is sold, there several possibilities. 1. It will still appear on the store but cannot be bid anymore like ebay does. 2. You can automatically unpublish it Once the user completed the order, the seller can arrange to the buyer to send the auction product via shipping company if it is a tangible item or if it is digital, the item will be downloaded by the buyer in his order. The bidder can pay it in your store like a normal product through paypal or other supported payment gateway.
