[SMARTNEWSLETTER] tag displaying articles in preview, but only tag displaying in test email

Hello, 
I am trying to set up a smartnewsletter using Jnews Pro 8.3.3. 

I have inserted the [SMARTNEWSLETTER] tag, and this is displaying articles in correctly in the preview window, but only the [SMARTNEWSLETTER] tag itself (no articles) is displaying in the html test email ... any ideas why this might be happening ? 

Also what is the latest version of JNews Pro, and the Community Builder plug-in for CB 2.0.14 and can I download them?
