Bernhard,
I noticed that you are using jcenter. Make sure to update your jcenter tothe latest version. This warnings has been fixed already 3 weeks ago when php 5.4.4 has been released.
To update, just go to jCenter -> Applications -> click Check button to see available updates.
Hope this information helps

Cherryl

Hello,
thanks for the tip
with
jTickets
.
But the update
has
not
helped
us
.
The problem is caused
by
social
jNews
that we
have installed
in the current version
7.6.5
.
The
working
version of PHP,
I am working with
now
is
PHP 5.2.17
.
On the contrary,
(
{
ContentItem
: 22320
|
1}
for example
)
if we
use the latest
version of PHP
instead
of the content
, only the
content tag
will appear
in the newsletter
.
The actual text
is not.
When
there is an update
of
Social
jNews
that
worked
under PHP
5.4.x
and
higher
again
without problems
?
Sincerely yours
Bernhard

Hi Bernard,
We have sort out already the problem of using php 5.4 so we release this new version
http://temp-share.com/show/2gFHcQZl8
Kindly download it and then uninstall the old version then install the new one.
That's it.
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Diego

Hello,
Diego
,
thank you
for your reply.
Does this mean that
we must
jNews
uninstall
again?
What can we do
so that
we do not
all
subscribers
and
templates
etc. should
be lost
?
We have invested a
lot of time to
set up
jNews
.
Is there
an update
routine that
ensures
all
and
later
installed automatically?
Sincerely yours
Bernhard

Bernhard,
See latest update file for jNews Social.
You need to uninstall and then reinstall the latest version of Jnews to update.
Uninstalling does not delete or remove any data of jnews since you will uninstall only from the backend. Just make sure to not delete the tables from the database.
The database is the most important data in your site, the files are not a big thing even you uninstall them since the data are stored in the database not the files. Unless you customized a php files in Jnews it will be overwritten.
I highly recommend to backup before changing anything in your site as precaution.
Thank you
Best Regards,
Cherryl
