To manually fulfill an order:

  • For most stores, it makes the most sense to manually fulfill customers orders. This method is commonly used for stores using Offline / Bank Transfer as payment gateway.
  • From the admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Orders page
  • From the orders page, select the order that you wish to Fullfil the Status
  • Click Status button

  • Select the Status you want to use and enable "Notify Customer" if you want the customer to receive order notification
