An order must be archived if you want to safely delete it.

To archive an order:

  1. From the admin panel, select [ any Joobi eCommerce] >> go to the orders page
  2. From the Orders page, select the order you wish to archive
  3. Click the Archive button

  • Your order will now disappear from the Orders page and will be move to Archives page under Orders >> Archives

  • From the Archives page, select the orders you want to delete
