• If you need to get in touch with a customer about an order they've placed, it's easy to do so right form your store order page.
  • From the admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Orders page
  • From the orders page, select the order number that you wish to contact
  • Click Send Mail to initiate the contact
