  • From admin panel, navigate to jDefender > Preferences
  • Under Allow section > active Use IP white-list
  • Click [Save] to save your changes
  • Then go to jDenfender > User Management
  • Click New to add your whitelisted IP

Warning: You have to enter the IP address of the users who are allowed in the admin area otherwise access will be restricted.
