CCBill is an Internet e-commerce global processing billing service company which provides third-party billing, or turn-key solutions, for e-Merchants requiring payments by way of credit card, debit card, or e-check, European Debit/Direct Pay, and SEPA payment.

Requirements

  • Account ID: Your 6-digit number (9xxxxx) under “Client Account” section.
  • Secret Key "Salt secret" (an alphanumeric string, up to 32 characters long).
Step 1 First go to your CCbill account

You need to login with details provided in your signup email (https://admin.ccbill.com )

Step 2 Make sure you setup 144cc Form in your Account info > Sub Account Admin > 0000 > Forms

Note: If you are unsure please call CCBill support and they will set it up for you.

Step 3 In Account info > Sub Account Admin click Basic on the left hand menu under Modify Sub

Step 4 In the field Approval URL paste:

http://yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_jsubscription&controller=payment&task=success&Itemid=183

Important

  • Change yourdomain.com to your own domain
  • Change com_jsubscription to the product you are using e.g com_jmarket, com_jstore (Note: if you use the same payment for All Joobi eCommerce, one payment system is enough.)
Step 5 Now click Advanced in the left hand menu under Modify Sub Account:
Step 6 Paste the following URL in Approval Post URL and Denial Post URL fields:

http://yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_jsubscription&controller=payment&task=confirmation&ptype=5

Important

  • Change yourdomain.com to your own domain
  • Change com_jsubscription to the product you are using e.g com_jmarket, com_jstore (Note: if you use the same payment system for All Joobi eCommerce, one payment system is enough.)
  • Change the ptype=5 to the ptype in your store (refer to below screenshot)

You can retreive the ptype from [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Payments >> locate CCBill (ptype is a Payment ID)

NOTE: If you received an Invalid Request (6) when you are directed to the CCBill payment Form, it is more likely that you entered a wrong details in the Joobi admin ccbill payment setting or you setup the Form wrong on ccbill admin, contact ccbill and let them know your 144cc form is not working and they will fix it.
