This article explains how to enable electronic or digital products only in your online store.

• From the admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Catalog >> Preferences
• From the preferences page, go to Item Tab
• Under Miscellaneous section, set Product Delivery to Electronic
• Click save once you are done
