What kind of questions can I ask?

- Billing: For refund request, payment issues and invoice request.
- Follow Up Ticket: If you do not hear from us for over 72 hours, you can follow-up by bumping the live-chat with your ticket number.
No technical support request please...
Live chat support requires substantial amount of time and manpower, and is not very efficient for technical support, which often requires a lot of diagnostics for especially tricky issues and may requires input from Joobi developers which could take up to a few days depending on the severity of the problem.
Focusing on ticket support for technical questions allows us efficiently serve our customers and respond as quickly as possible.
