Instead of showing the standard vendor registration to possible seller on your storefront, you want to show a personalize vendor registration form base on the Vendor Commission Program they want to subscribe to. This way you can present different information to different level of seller.

To get started:

  • From the admin panel, navigate to jApps >> Design >> Views
  • From the Views listing, search for the view “Vendor Registration”
  • Select the view and click on the "Copy" button at the top navigation

  • Edit the copied view in order to rename it according to your needs

  • From the the admin panel, navigate to jApps >> Design >> Events
  • Search for the vendor registration event

  • Select the event and copy it

  • Edit the copied event (put a name for the task according to your needs).

  • Go to Joomla menu manager and create new menu item for the registration form you just created

Create a commission program and assign the registration form

You can set different programs for each registration form.

  • From admin panel, navigate to jMarket >> Vendors >> Programs
  • Click "New" to create a program and select "vendor" as type
  • When you create the program there is a field where you can specify the identifier of the registration form in which you want to display the program.

  • You can find the identifier in jApps >> Design >> Views >> Forms
  • Copy the identifier and paste it in the input field on the program page.

Add personalize custom fields to specific Vendor Registration Form

  • You can also add different custom fields to each form.
  • Go to jMarket >> Tools >> Models & fields >> Select vendor
  • Here you can create the fields you need for the both Forms:
