This article explains how to disable a rating and review in the product and vendor profiles

  • From the admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Catalog >> Preferences
  • From the preferences page, go to Item Tab
  • Under Miscellaneous section, select Allow Reviews to No
  • Click save once you are done

Note: This option will disable the entire rating and review feature in the product. If you want to hide specific pages only, please check the option under Catalog >> Preferences >> Home layout / Item Layout / Vendor layout / Category Layout / Type layout
